Acne can occur on many different areas of the body, including the neck, back and chest. This can result in a very embarrassing skin condition.

Getting regular exercise can also help prevent acne. When we exercise, we increase the blood flow to our skin and provide more oxygen to our skin cells.
Sweating moderately also cleans our skin pores from the inside out, which aids in the prevention of acne. Regular exercise and moderate sweating are excellent ways of helping to prevent acne, but also taking a shower immediately afterwards is very important.
Detoxification is the process of removing harmful toxins from our bodies. When there are toxins in our bodies and digestive system, the toxins are excreted through the pores of our skin, as part of our bodies natural cycle of elimination.
The skin is our largest organ and plays a vital part in elimination of waste products, including removing any toxic build up that has been eaten or absorbed into our system through application onto the skin or inhalation. By reducing exposure to toxins in the first place, and then assisting the elimination of toxins from the body, we can help to prevent acne and pimples.
The following methods work to detoxify the body by assisting the elimination of toxins. It’s highly recommended that you use a combination of these methods regularly, with frequency depending on the method chosen and your own personal needs.
Many different types of detoxifying methods are available to help prevent acne, and include:

If you have access to an infra red sauna, these are wonderful at detoxifying without putting yourself through the extreme heat that a normal sauna emits.
